This Privacy Policy covers Castle Valley Storage’s (Castle Valley Storage) policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data/Personally Identifiable Information/Personal Information (as defined by applicable law and hereinafter collectively referred to as “Personal Data”) when visitors and registered users access the Castle Valley Storage website, content, and services (collectively the “Platform”).
Castle Valley Storage is a Nevada Corporation with offices in the United States. Castle Valley Storage collects Personal Data from its users around the world and processes, transfers, and stores data within the United States.
1. Personal Data Collected by Castle Valley Storage
Registration: To access sponsored content and services, users will be required to register with Castle Valley Storage by providing their first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Emails submitted may also be utilized to provide information regarding services and content and to communicate material changes to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Purchases: When you make a purchase through the Platform, Castle Valley Storage and third parties will request input of a registered user’s name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), and email address to facilitate processing, fulfillment, and confirmation of requested services.
Web Beacons/Log Files & Cookies: Castle Valley Storage utilizes web beacon, log files, and cookie technology to gather information on internet use in order to serve you more effectively.
Cookies are data files that are placed on your device or computer an often include an anonymous unique identifier.
“Log-Files” track actions occurring on the Platform and collect data including a user’s IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
“Web beacons” “tags” or “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Platform. As described in more detail below, Castle Valley Storage also utilizes third party analytics services which may also use tracking cookies to provide information about the use of our Platform. Users can set their browser to remove or reject cookies. Users may opt-out from receiving targeted advertisements by visiting the (1) Network Advertising Consumer Opt-Out page, (2) Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out page, and/or (3) the opt-out provisions pertaining to the applicable advertising services/retargeting provider.
2. Personal Data Processed by Castle Valley Storage
PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO HAVE
CONTRACTED WITH CASTLE VALLEY STORAGE TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION
TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
Payment Processing Information. Castle Valley Storage does not itself store debit or credit card information on its servers. Castle Valley Storage utilizes a third-party payment processor to manage and process payments. No sensitive card data is received by Castle Valley Storage. Hosting Services. Castle Valley Storage utilizes Wix to host its website and manage the content available to its Users. Personal Information collected is processed pursuant to the Wix Privacy Policy. Castle Valley Storage also uses Unit Trac to manage content available to Users. Personal Information is collected pursuant to the Unit Trac Privacy Policy.
Event registrations and other form submissions. Users have the possibility to enter personal or business data (e.g. e-mail addresses, names, postal addresses, etc.). The disclosure of this data is voluntary. If technically feasible and where reasonable, all services offered can be used without disclosing personal information online via the exchange of information by mail. Third parties are prohibited to send unsolicited information to mailing addresses, phone or fax numbers or e-mail addresses published on the imprint page or similar pages. We reserve the right to take legal action against anyone violating this prohibition by sending so-called spam. We record information that you submit when you (1) register for any event, including webinars or seminars, (2) subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, (3) submit a form in order to download any product, whitepaper, or other materials, (4) participate in contests or respond to surveys, or (5) submit a form to request customer support, get a quote or to contact Castle Valley Storage for any other purpose.
Testimonials. When you authorize us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name and other personal information in the testimonial. You will be given an opportunity to review and approve the testimonial before we post it. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at castlevalleystorage@gmail.com
Google Analytics. Castle Valley Storage utilizes Google Analytics to access anonymized and/or pseudo anonymized data to help us understand how our services are used. Google Analytics is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how users engage with our Platform, so that we can review and improve our Services. Google Analytics provides a report to us with website trends without identifying the Personal Data of individual users. Please see Google's Data Privacy and Security Policy. However, if you decide to withdraw your consent to such data collection, you may opt-out by installing Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Social Plug-Ins. Users may share Castle Valley Storage information on Facebook, Twitter, Google and LinkedIn. Users should click on the hyperlinks for each site to review the applicable privacy policies for more detail about information collected from these sites.
Other Potential Disclosures. Personal Information may be disclosed to serve our legitimate business interests as follows: (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, (2) if Castle Valley Storage is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, (3) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (4) enforce our agreements with you, and/or (5) investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you about law enforcement or court ordered requests for data unless otherwise prohibited by law.

3. Sharing of Personal Data for Commercial/Marketing Purposes
Unless consent (as required pursuant to GDPR and other applicable laws) is withheld or unless a request not to sell (from California consumers or other registered users as required by applicable law) is received, Castle Valley Storage will share Personal Data provided to third party content, services and event sponsors for purposes of the marketing and promotion of such third-party sponsors’ products and services. Company may receive compensation in consideration for the sharing of such Personal Data.
California residents have the right to request that Company disclose the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information collected and sold and the right to direct us not to sell their “personal information” (“Right to Opt-Out”). 4. Compliance With Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, CCPA and GDPR
Regulations Relating to Minors
Castle Valley Storage does not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Data without their consent, he or she should contact Castle Valley Storage at castlevalleystorage@gmail.comWe will delete such Personal Data from our files within a commercially reasonable time, but no later than required under the applicable law relating the minor’s country of residence.
5. Retention of Personal Data Collected
Castle Valley Storage will retain account and purchase data as long as it is necessary to provide services to registered users. Personal Data collected through the Platform will be deleted in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. Personal Data obtained from website visitors will be maintained as long as it is necessary to provide requested communications and information-based services or until a visitor exercises its right to opt-out of requested communications or information-based services. Anonymized and Pseudo-anonymized data will be retained as long as Castle Valley Storage determines such data is commercially necessary for it legitimate business interests.
6. EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) Notices

7. Data Processing Addendums for Subprocessors
Castle Valley Storage has in place Data Processing Addendums with those subprocessors that process end-user Personal Data to ensure compliance with Castle Valley Storage obligations under applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Users within the EU may email Castle Valley Storage at castlevalleystorage@gmail.com in order to exercise their GDPR rights to:
● Access, review, restrict processing of, or otherwise request erasure of your Personal Data;
● Obtain the identity of the source of any Personal Data collected;
● Request correction of any errors contained within your Personal Data;
● Request transfer your Personal Data to another service provider;
● Object to the manner in which your Personal Data is processed; or
● Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

For all GDPR-based requests made pursuant to this section, Castle Valley Storage will (a) respond as required under applicable law, (b) provide a copy of any requested Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and (c) transmit such Personal Data to another service provider without restriction in accordance with applicable law.

A verifiable California Consumer Request may be submitted by emailing Castle Valley Storage at castlevalleystorage@gmail.com or as otherwise designated in the Notice.
Castle Valley Storage will verify all requests with the California Consumer email address on file with the email address submitted in the applicable request form. California Consumers may designate an authorized agent to make a request on the Consumer’s behalf at castlevalleystorage@gmail.com or as otherwise designated in the Notice.
9. Castle Valley Storage Security Policy
Castle Valley Storage has implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can ever be 100% secure. In addition, Castle Valley Storage utilizes a PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processor to ensure the security of a registered user’s Personal Data. 10. Copyright and acknowledgment of sources.
The author aims to observe the copyright of any graphic, audio document, video sequence or text in all publications, to use his/her own graphics, audio documents, video sequences or texts or to make use of license free graphics, audio documents, video sequences or texts. All trade marks and brands mentioned on the website, including those protected by third parties, are without limitation subject to the provisions under the respective labelling law and the rights of the copyright holder. The sole mentioning of a trade mark on this website should not lead to the assumption that it is not protected by the rights of a third party! The author of the website has the exclusive copyright to all published objects created by him-/herself. The reproduction or use of any such graphics, audio documents, video sequences or texts in other electronic or printed publications is prohibited without the author's express consent.
11. Response To “Do Not Track” Signals
“Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a website disable its tracking or cross-Platform user tracking. At present, the Platform does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.
12. Changes To This Privacy Policy
If we make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by (1) changing the Effective Date at the top of the Privacy Policy, (ii) sending an email to all active account holders, and/or (iii) add a banner/notification to the Platform itself. Express consent will be obtained when required for any material changes in Castle Valley Storage collection and use practices.
